- For the past ten years, I worked at YouTube and Google supporting hundreds of creators, founders, and teams as they navigated creative blocks, complex interpersonal dynamics, big career transitions, and high-stakes moments. What I learned is this: people aren’t just looking for the “right answer.” They’re looking for clarity, grounding, and a way of expressing themselves that feels true.
